No matter how good exercising and working out is for our bodies, sometimes it can be a drag to motivate ourselves to get moving. But sometimes, throwing on some cute activewear is just the thing we need to get our bodies moving!
I don’t know about anyone else, but sometimes when I’m wearing a plain old t-shirt and sweatpants, even for the sole purpose of working out, I feel frumpy and gross. Something about those raggedly old clothes just makes me feel lazy and unmotivated.
However, if I’m wearing a cute pair of leggings or shorts and a cute workout top, I’m ready to get the ball moving and am way more motivated for my workout. (Which usually consists of some yoga!)
